Well, it was boung to happen. We now have blogads.org a network devoted to setting up paid advertising across weblogs. The interesting thing isn’t that its there, but that it does actually have potential… They’re selling ads on a weekly basis at this point, for $15/week. If you’ve ever bought any advertising online, that’s a bargain, though it still has to be proven that those of us out there running weblogs with any significant traffic are even interested in 1) running advertising on our blogs, or 2) paying for advertising at all…

Need to keep an eye on them for a while to see what happens.
