Scott’s right, this article, Seven tricks that Web users don’t know, is amazing, from a statistical perspective. And today, I spent time with a professional designer (who actually uses his computer as a tool, not an extension of his being) that really didn’t know how to navigate around his own website. He was quite fond of hitting the ‘back’ button at the wrong time or clicking through 4 pages by starting at his nav-bar and renegotiating his way back to where he was, instead of just hitting back. It’s amazing to see the average internet user in action sometimes… truly eye opening. Great designer, horrible surfer.
