Wow! I love Austin.
We just got home, and I’ve got a lot of work to do to get our house ready to go on the market this week, but let me just say that we found the perfect house… actually a couple of them, but one is just perfect. It’s close to downtown Austin, but its not downtown. It’s in a great neighborhood and sits on top of a hill over looking a valley. I couldn’t point it out on a map, but I could tell you where it was and you’d be impressed.
It likely won’t still be on the market when we’re ready to buy it, but, we know where to look now. There are plenty of great houses near the one we found that are bound to go on sale sometime in the coming few months.
Loved Austin, now I’m going outside to plant pansies.

Glad to hear you found something. Feel sorry for you that something caught your eye. That happened to me when I was trying to move. Found the PERFECT house, but I couldn’t get it because our house didn’t sell in time. Now I have that house in my mind set as a standard as to what I want to live in. Hope the sell/move goes well for your family!

Glad you enjoyed the trip and found something you liked. You must be looking at brand new houses? Or you’re just guessing that something will be avilable in the area, right?
