They shoulda stuck with long distance and left it at that. I used to have AT&T Broadband and got screwed, royally. I now have Bellsouth DSL and haven't had a single problem. I even have a page dedicated to my AT&T problems (<a href="http://www.bobsawyer.com/mediaonestinks/)">http://www.bobsawyer.com/mediaonestinks/)</a> that still receives several visitors a week via web searches for "AT&T" ... hehehe...
