12 days into my test of Google’s AdSense program, and I’m happy to report that according to the latest report, I’m looking at a payable of about $52.00 … keep this up, and my server costs should be covered by months end…
The beauty of this advertising program is that I haven’t clicked an ad yet, so someone that’s reading the ads is actually interested enough to click, or you guys are all just nice enough to want to help pay for this site through your clicks.
I hope the advertisers are getting something out of the clicks too… that would suck if the AdSense program really turned out to be a flop for Google because too many people didn’t convert on the clicks that are being generated all around the internet through this program…
Only time will tell, until then, keep clicking if the ads interest you.

The sad thing is, I’ve been doing it for twice as long as you and have received far less. Oddly enough my site has twice as many fine ladies as yours. Perhaps that’s the problem though… *sigh*
I have a feeling AdSense could flop, because they are charging advertisers the same amount they charge per click on the search engine, and I doubt these clicks are of the same ‘quality’…
Massimo is definitely right! From my experience, clicks from a “content environment” (even if the content is related to the ad, which it at least should with Adsense) deliver at best 50% of the conversion rate you receive out of search engines. In order to be fair to advertisers (and hence in the end make this program more succesful!) prices/bids should be differentiated between Adwords from “regular search engines” and from content sites, such as blogging etc.
half the price would be great, imho. but (a)most mktg guys just don’t get it (b)spending money on Google is sooo cool and (c)Google’s shooting for an IPO, so…
