I've been a lurker on your weblog for a while and wanted to chime in on this post. I have created a basic wishlist application, coded in PHP with MySQL. The featureset is small, but could grow, and it's obviously a work in progress. Users can add/modify/delete items on their own wishlist with ease, but it is lacking some of the features that you desire. I haven't worked on it in about 6 months, but may be working on it again as it was a big hit this Christmas with my family.
