The iBook is busted again… I think it’s past the 3 year AppleCare Warranty period with it. It won’t even boot up. At all. I have no idea what’s wrong with it.
I’ll call AppleCare in the morning. And because it’s so damned hard to find their phone number on the Apple Support website, here it is, so I remember it:

If you’re reading this site via RSS, I apologize for the multiple postings of my “daily links”. I saw the bug earlier this week and through it’d fix itself, but it hasn’t.
I just made a few changes to the site code to try and shut down the errant postings… The problem is I’m not 100% sure where the postings are coming from, so hopefully, I’ve squashed the bug. If not, I’ll try something different tomorrow.

Hi, I have a titanium power book.
I went on to my i photo and seems as though my photo library is lost!
I clicked on something to find it and gave me a library with no photos.
I had over a thousand pictures in there, gone. Please tell me there is something to be done.

That happened to me too. But for some reason, when i clicked on another event, and then back… they were all there. Go figure. Not sure if it’s a glitch in iPhoto or not. I don’t have Apple Care so I can’t call and find out either LOL
my ipod has shut down i have followed the instructions and the videos but it will still not turn on.
before it shut down a signal came up saying something about a fire wire.if that is any help

i agree. weeks have gone by and all kinds of technical things need to be addressed. i can never find their number either.
i will say apple care replaced a computer that had a logic board problem- that was cool & i give ‘em a little slack for it.

Thanks for having the AppleCare number available for the rest of us – I didn’t feel like searching through all my paperwork simply to add another issue to my report (the Screen on my MacBook Pro has become discolored, the case is peeling away in spots, and now my “x” key has become non-functional).

when i first purchsed it my i-tv was working correctly ….
now my new i-tv is not starting up as sonn as it is turned on, it takes several minutes before a picture appears.
